Our 13-seater minibus in Singapore is a Toyota Hiace Combi, seating up to 13 passengers, nine in comfort, with room for ten large bags. Minibus rental with a driver means one booking for the whole group, one pickup time and one fixed fare with tolls and parking included.
As a 13-seater van hire option, it covers airport groups, company outings, family reunions and wedding guests. Arrivals at Changi are $100, departures $90 and local transfers $80. Hourly charter is $70 per hour with a four-hour minimum, and a full day is $600.

The details.
Seats versus luggage: the minibus trade-off
The minibus seats up to 13, but every extra passenger takes space you might need for bags. For an airport group, plan on about nine passengers with a large suitcase each, which uses most of the ten-bag capacity. For a day trip with only small bags, all 13 seats work. If your group is large and luggage-heavy, we may suggest the 23-seater coach or a second vehicle. Send both numbers and we will confirm the fit.
An airport group example
Take a group of nine flying into Changi for a company trip, each with one large case and a carry-on. The minibus meets them at arrivals with a name sign, we track the flight, and 60 minutes of free waiting covers immigration and baggage. The fare is $100 for the arrival, to any address in Singapore. On departure day, the pickup from the hotel is $90. That is two fixed fares for the whole group, rather than several taxis each way.
Minibus for outings, weddings and Malaysia trips
On hourly charter the minibus suits company outings, church and school trips, and family days with several stops. At weddings it often carries relatives between the tea ceremony and the venue. It also travels into Malaysia for Johor Bahru, Legoland and Desaru trips, arranged with the required cross-border permits, with each passenger clearing immigration with their own passport. Ask for a quote with your headcount, luggage and plan, and we will confirm whether the minibus or a larger coach suits the trip better.
Is the minibus price per person?
No. The fare is for the whole vehicle, however many of the seats you use. A group of ten pays the same $80 local transfer fare as a group of six, with tolls and parking included.
Can the minibus take child seats?
Yes. Booster seats are $15 and infant seats $25 each. Fitted seats can reduce the number of usable places, so tell us how many children and their ages and we will confirm the seating.
When should we choose the 23-seater coach instead?
Choose the coach when you have more than nine adults on a longer trip, more than ten large bags, or more than 13 people. It seats 20 in comfort and takes twelve large bags.
Can the minibus wait while our group has lunch?
On hourly charter, yes. The driver parks nearby and is ready when the group comes out. On a single transfer, waiting is limited to 15 minutes, so book hourly if your day has several stops.
