Ask Mark on WhatsApp
What details do you need to give me a quote?

Date, pickup time, pickup address, drop-off address, number of passengers and number of large suitcases. For arrivals, add your flight number. For hourly or full-day bookings, a rough plan of stops helps us suggest the right vehicle.

How do I pay for my booking?

Payment method and timing are confirmed with your quote on WhatsApp before you book, so you know exactly how and when to pay. If you are booking for a company and need specific paperwork, mention it when you ask for the quote.

Is the price fixed once I accept the quote?

Yes, for the trip as booked. Tolls and parking are included. The fare only changes if the trip changes, for example an added stop, a later finish or a different drop-off, and we quote any change before it happens.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number, so the driver plans around the actual landing time. Your driver adjusts to the new arrival time, and you still have 60 minutes of free waiting. You do not need to message us about a delay, though you are welcome to.

How long will the driver wait at a hotel or home pickup?

For departures and local transfers, 15 minutes of waiting is included from the booked pickup time. If you think you may need longer, tell us when you book so we can set a pickup time or plan that fits.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. A booster seat is $15 and an infant seat is $25. Tell us the age of each child when you book so we bring the right seat, fitted in the car before your pickup.

How many suitcases can I bring?

It depends on the vehicle. The Noah and E-Class take two large bags, the Alphard and V-Class take five, the minibus ten and the 23-seater coach twelve. Tell us your count and we will match the car to it.

Can I add a stop on the way?

Yes. An extra stop on a transfer is $15, for example collecting a friend or dropping a parcel. Let us know when you book so the stop is included in your fixed fare and the timing is planned.

Do you drive at night and on public holidays?

Yes. We run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Trips between 23:00 and 07:00 carry a $15 midnight surcharge, which is shown on your quote. Public holidays book up early, so send your request as soon as you can.

Can I take the same car into Malaysia?

Yes. Trips to Johor Bahru, Legoland, Desaru, Kuala Lumpur and Genting are arranged with the required cross-border permits, and you stay in the same car through the checkpoint. Each passenger clears immigration with their own passport.

What documents do I need for a trip to Malaysia?

Every passenger needs their own passport, valid for the trip. Check any entry requirements that apply to your nationality before you travel. The driver handles the vehicle side of the crossing.

What is your cancellation policy?

Tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. We confirm the terms for changes and cancellations with your quote, so you know where you stand before you commit to the trip.

Can I request a driver who speaks Mandarin or Korean?

Yes. Chauffeurs who speak English, Mandarin or Korean can be requested, subject to availability on your date. Mention your preference when you book and we will confirm whether we can arrange it.

Is there anything in the car for passengers?

Every car has bottled water and a phone charger. If you need something specific for a long day, such as a particular cable or extra water for a group, tell us when you book.

Good to know

The details.

Booking and confirmation

Every booking starts with your trip details on WhatsApp or the booking form. We reply with a recommended vehicle and one fixed fare, and you confirm by replying. Written confirmation follows in the same thread. That thread becomes the single record of your trip, so changes, flight updates and driver details all arrive in one place rather than across emails and calls. If someone else is travelling, give us their name and number so the driver can reach them directly.

Waiting time and delays

Arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting, and we track your flight so the driver adjusts to a delay without you having to message. Departures and local transfers include 15 minutes from the booked pickup time. If you expect to need more time at a stop, an hourly charter usually suits better, and we can suggest it when we quote. Tell us about slow checkouts, elderly passengers or a stop to collect keys, and we will plan the pickup time around it.

Children, luggage and special items

Booster seats are $15 and infant seats are $25 per booking, and we fit them before pickup. Large suitcases decide the car more than passengers do, so always tell us how many 28-inch cases you have. Prams, golf bags, wheelchairs and boxes should be mentioned too, so we send a vehicle that takes them comfortably. When in doubt, we would rather suggest the next size up than have a family squeeze luggage onto their laps.
