Changi Airport private transfer, met at arrivals with your name

Once you land, your chauffeur waits in the arrival hall of your terminal with a sign showing your name. After immigration and baggage claim, look for the sign as you come through. The driver helps with your bags and walks you to the car at the pickup point. If you cannot see them, call or WhatsApp the number on your confirmation. Because we track your flight and include 60 minutes of free waiting, slow queues at immigration are usually covered.

For departures, we pick you up from your home, hotel or office and drop you at the departure kerb of your terminal. We suggest a pickup time based on your flight, the terminal and the time of day, leaving room for check-in. Fifteen minutes of waiting is included at pickup. Departure fares are lower than arrival fares because there is no airport waiting, for example $75 in the Alphard or $60 in the Noah.

Count your large suitcases first. Up to two large bags fits the Toyota Noah or Mercedes E-Class. Three to five large bags needs the Toyota Alphard or Mercedes V-Class. Groups with more than five large bags, or more than seven people, should book the 13-seater minibus, which takes ten bags. Golf bags, prams and boxes take up more room than they look, so mention them and we will confirm the right size.

Taxi and ride-hailing queues at Changi move quickly on most days, but at peak times, with children or with a lot of luggage, they can mean a wait and a car that is too small. A booked transfer means the car size is settled, the fare is fixed in advance, and someone is already waiting for you. For a single traveller with one bag at midday, a taxi works fine. For families, groups and late arrivals, a private transfer removes the guesswork.
