Group charter: one booking, everyone together

Use the comfortable figure, not the maximum, for anything longer than a short transfer. Up to nine adults with luggage fits the 13-seater minibus well. Ten to twenty passengers suits the 23-seater coach. Above that, book the 45 or 49-seater bus, or combine vehicles. Luggage matters too: the minibus takes ten large bags and the coach twelve, so a large airport group with lots of suitcases may need a second vehicle for bags.

For a group flying into Changi, one vehicle means everyone leaves together. The driver meets the group at arrivals with a name sign, and we track the flight. Arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting. Minibus arrivals are $100 and 23-seater coach arrivals are $120, with departures at $90 and $110. If your group is on different flights, tell us and we will suggest whether to wait for everyone or split the pickups.

Team-building days, family reunions and school trips usually involve a pickup, a few stops and a return. Hourly charter suits these best: the driver stays with the group and waits at each venue. The minibus and Alphard have a four-hour minimum, and coaches a three-hour minimum. Send us the headcount, the start point and the list of stops, and we will suggest a vehicle and the hours needed. Coaches and buses booked for ten hours or more move to the lower extended rate.

Larger groups sometimes need a convoy: a coach for most guests, a minibus for luggage, and a car for VIPs. We book these under one quote with staggered pickup times if needed. Each driver gets the same plan, and the group's contact person can reach them directly on the day. This works well for weddings, conferences and company events with more than one pickup point. Every vehicle and leg is listed separately on the quote.
